Edge’s own Body Blast class. Each week features a different instructor and different style of workout, so come prepared for anything! Exercises will integrate functional training, both cardio and strength exercises with a focus on FUN! Challenge yourself and jumpstart your weekend!
This class explores much more than standard yoga postures! Students will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, how to cultivate energy, proper posture and alignment, and movement aimed at unlocking “stuck” areas. Students will also learn how to practice at home.
This class combines techniques from Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Vinyasa, and many other yoga forms. Classes are customized to suit student’s capabilities.
3 times the fun and 3 times the burn, are you ready? We divide the class in 3, starting with 20 minutes on the bike, moving to a cardio circuit, and finishing with core strength exercises and light stretching. Come prepared to get that heart pumping and the sweat running!

In this class, each movement you make has clear intention and precise execution. In doing so you will achieve more clarity throughout your respiratory, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. If you have a weak core (meaning shoulders, back, belly and hips), Pilates can change that. Classes will improve posture, reduce back and neck pain, increase flexibility.
Bring in the day with our strength-focused workout with a twist. We turn the traditional circuit into a dynamic, functional focused workout designed to target multiple muscle groups, enhance balance, and core strength. Workouts balance lower body, upper body, and always hitting everything in between.
We’re excited to tote the latest & greatest stationary bikes for a heart-pumping 45 minutes of spinning and grinning! This is a great class for all levels – moderate your pace and adjust your tension to accommodate your skill and comfort level. Finish the class up with a great 15 minute ab workout!
This is the pure cardio bonanza that complements Cycle Core Combo. Start with 15-20 minutes of intervals on the bike to warm up. We then kick it up a notch by alternating intervals on the bike with an agility obstacle course off the bike. This workout is designed to get your heart pumping and increase foot speed. Perfect for runners, Cyclocross racers, soccer players and anyone who wants to improve speed and feel those legs and lungs burn!
This is our “morning blend” workout combining 30 minutes on the bike with functional movements off the bike. We start with 30 minutes of intervals, varying between hills, speed and endurance work and then move off the bike to complete floor exercise incorporating balance, body weight strength exercises and core movements. This class is a perfect blend to kick start your morning!
This full body workout begins with a dynamic warm-up which transitions into an agility circuit. We move into a combination of exercises designed to improve strength, balance and coordination. Each workout concludes with a series of core exercises, balancing abdominals and lower back. It’s the perfect complement to any training regime, or as a standalone killer full body workout.
