Welcome to Power Punch! This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of proper punching technique and boxing foot work and get a great workout in the process. Power Punch focuses on the four basic punches in boxing- the jab, cross, hook and uppercut. You’ll learn to thow them in combination as well as working in the basics of defense including slipping, ducking, blocking and foot movement. We also utilize some of the conditioning drills developed at the olympic training center for use with the US Olympic Boxing Team. This workout is fun and challenging, so come in and give it a try!
