Come join us for this 4 week program starting December 1st that will kick start your fitness routine for the Holidays! Small group training sessions will be geared towards body composition change and performance improvement. Group size is limited to allow for focused coaching and effective structure. This program includes initial body composition and fitness assessments, nutrition counseling, and a written program designed to safely and effectively maximize your efforts.  We are offering both an evening and an afternoon express option.

The challenge is percentage of change in body composition (fat loss and muscle gain) and  performance improvement in strength and conditioning.

The Sports Performance Program was designed specifically for high school athletes utilizing the latest research in sport science. Every athlete in the SPP will receive a complimentary movement assessment pre- and post- program, which will allow us to individualize the program for your athlete. The SPP at Edge will help athletes develop core athletic movements, speed and power, train functional strength, and will effectively condition athletes. This program will both improve performance and reduce the risk of sport-related injuries for the athletes involved.
