This program teaches the critical components of functional training through the use of functional anatomy, movement assessments and motor learning principles to develop a comprehensive program that helps you move safely and effectively.

Join us Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7pm.  This class starts with 30-45 minutes on the bike followed by 15-30 minutes of TRX® Suspension Training® and floor core exercises. Get ready to experience total body training with this great workout!

A year-round running club that our community members can join to stay motivated, train injury-free, and keep the FUN in running year-round.  We invite you to join with your friends and family, all abilities and paces are welcomed!  Email us at info@edgeperformancefitness.com with questions.

What You Get:
