For beginners and experienced students, for the injured and
non-injured, these movement lessons improve posture, increase
resiliency, and help you live your fullest. Each lesson will guide you
through an exploration of the way you move into, with, and through
your day. Seize the opportunity to grab onto “the what” that is you.

Feldenkrais® Mini-Intensives
Schedule Monday Evenings 6-7:30pm

These mini-intensives are designed to take you deeper into the study
of how to shift your habits.
$100 for each 5-week session, $25 drop-in (except The Body Home, $60,
$25 drop-in)
Sept 12 – Oct 10 Sacral Moments – Sacral Movements
Sacral Moments-Sacral Movements will focus on releasing your sacrum, aka
the sacral-illiac joint, in order to free your spine.
Oct 17 – Nov 14 WomanPause
WomanPause is for women living the hormonal shift with a focus on
easing the temp of life, self-respect, and nutritional support.
WomanPause will be taught by Kim Cottrell, Certified Feldenkrais
Teacher and Heather Helmy, Registered Dietitian.
Nov 28 – Dec 12 The Body Home (3-weeks)
The Body Home will teach you how to keep your center during
times of high expectations such as visits back home, hosting a houseful of
relatives, or non-stop social activities. Focus on good posture, the
5-lines of the body, and interrupting old story lines.
