7 weekends this fall, Saturdays and Sundays at Edge Fitness from 12-1:15pm.

September Weekends: 10th/11th, 17th/18th, 24th/25th

October Weekends: 1st/2nd, 8th/9th, 15th/16th, 22nd/23rd

30-minute quick and effective workouts 5:15pm  – 5:45pm M-Th.  Appropriate for all levels including new members, those returning to fitness, or those looking for a shorter option right after work.  Email info@edgeperformancefitness.com for more information.  (classes begin September 6th)

Monday/Wednesdays – Functional Strength Training (Instructor – Scott Young)

Tuesday/Thursday – Stretching and Core (Instructor – DeeAnn Nelson)

Kids’ Kore help kids improve core fitness through FUN challenging workouts and activities.  Please call for details on Daily Training Format.  Enrollment is limited to 16 participants, ages 6 to 13 (other ages subject to coach’s discretion; inquiries welcome).
