Join Kim Cottrell for several movement lessons that will illustrate the Feldenkrais principles of distributing effort, discriminating differences, and moving freely. In our go-go-push-push world, it’s all too easy to overdo and end up injured. Let Kim be your guide as you move, feel, sense, think, and learn to enhance your fitness routine and daily life.
