It is easy to get started on your new fitness goals!  Follow these simple steps!

Step 1: Evaluation of basic movement abilities and consultation.  Please contact us regarding how you can schedule a Complimentary Functional Movement Screen!  Call 503.265.8685 or email us at info@edgeperformancefitness.com.

Step 2: Download and complete your Liability Waiver and Intake Form: Click Here to Download the Waiver and click here to download the Intake Form.  Please bring your waiver/intake form with you on your first trip to Edge.

Step 3: Now that you have decided to join the EDGE Community, you can save money on your membership if you sign up for auto payments.  Click here to download the Auto Payment form. Remember, there are NO JOINING FEES and you can terminate your membership at any time!

Step 4: Start your new journey to a new self!

COMPLIMENTARY Edge Functional Movement Screen:

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a seven-step process that looks at joint stability and mobility, flexibility, trunk and core strength, and rotational trunk stability.

The idea is to objectively assess your movement patterns and develop a strategy by to improve your movement, prevent injury, help rehabilitate previous injuries, and improve levels of fitness and performance.

At Edge we consider the FMS an important tool that everyone should take advantage of so that you can improve your health safely and support your active lifestyle.

The other half of the Edge assessment includes a look at your medical and exercise history, and goal setting, which along with the FMS will provide a clear picture of how best to maximize your efforts with us.
