Personal Training

At Edge Performance Fitness, our goals as personal trainers are to assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. Our trainers will push you past your comfort level– but also keep you inspired and safe at the same time. Our trainers also provide:

  • guidance on reaching your goals
  • education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
  • a reason to show up at the gym each week
  • accountability
  • ways to help track your progress

Each session lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, and may take a little longer. Contact Edge Performance Fitness directly if you’d like some help picking a trainer that suits your personality and goals and to set up your first appointment!

Group Training Rates
  • 2 people - $40 per person per session
  • 3 people - $35 per person per session
  • 4 people - $30 per person per session
  • 5 people - $25 per person per session

  • 1-hour session duration
  • Cost is determined by the number of people who participate in the training session
  • In order to receive the group rate, all must be present at the time of the session
