Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning Program was designed for those who demand more from their bodies. This program begins with a Functional Movement Screen, followed by a progressive training program in which you will work with free weights, sandbags, kettlebells, tires and much more.  This program is a perfect fit for firefighters, police, and EMS where athletic performance, functional strength and conditioning, tactical training and injury prevention are critical to your job and day-to-day activities.  Strength and Conditioning is also perfect for athletes who want to take their training to the next level.

Kids Kore Fitness Fun

Kids Kore programs help children improve core strength, balance, coordination, and overall fitness through FUN challenging workouts and activities. Please call for details on Daily Training Format.  Enrollment is limited to 16 participants, ages 6 to 13 (other ages subject to coach’s discretion; inquiries welcome).

3 Weeks/Sessions; 2 Days/Week – $60 per session ($10 for daily drop-ins/subject to available space)

Kids Kore Spring Break Camp:

Monday through Friday, March 26-30, 8:00am – 12:00pm

TRXpress! Boot Camp

Your weekly “mission”:

1. Learn a new sequence of up to sixteen TRX® Suspension Training® exercises during the warm-up.

2. Survive the next thirty intense minutes as you take on the entire sequence plus intermittent cardio drills!

Cool-down and stretching follow.

Also includes two complimentary midweek 30-minute TRX® workouts using the preceding Saturday’s sequence.

Spring Challenge

This 6-week program provides you with the workouts, the support and accountability, and the tools you need to reach your goals in 2012. Our program is geared towards body composition change and performance improvement while emphasizing the importance of nutrition. Group size is limited to allow for focused coaching and effective structure for results. This program includes: initial body composition and fitness assessments, nutrition coaching, and programmed workouts designed to safely and effectively maximize your efforts.

The challenge is percentage of change in body composition (fat loss and muscle gain) and  performance improvement in strength and conditioning.

Ride the Edge

RTE (Ride the Edge)! Clinics are for:

- Competitive cyclists (road, CX, triathletes, mountain) working on speed and power, whether you use periodized training or “train like you race”

- Recreational riders who want to improve cycling efficiency and endurance in a fun, supportive environment

- Anyone who wants to build or maintain a solid fitness base

- Anyone who hates training alone and wants a little motivation

We recommend you use your own bike and trainer (rollers ok), but you’re welcome to ride one of our fifteen LeMond indoor cycles or ) as we coach you through zone-based workouts while keeping you focused on proper form, pedal stroke, cadence drills, effective breathing, and recovery techniques.
